Routine office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Routine well child check ups beginning at 8 am on Thursday mornings and most evenings until 8:00 p.m. in addition to regular business hours.

WEEKEND HOURS
A clinician is available to assist you for urgent concerns 24 hours a day, seven days a week, if you call (617) 361-1470.

On Saturday and Sunday mornings one of our physicians is available in the Hyde Park Office to see ill children. In order to obtain an urgent weekend morning appointment, please call the office at 9 a.m. You will reach our answering service, who will page a physician or nurse. One of them will call you back to set up an appointment. We use our answering service to take our calls on Saturday and Sunday mornings even though a physician and sometimes a nurse are in the office, because our weekend reception staff is limited and cannot manage the volume of calls that are received.

Always use our main number : (617) 361-1470 for all after-hours calls. This is the only number that is set up on our phone system to coordinate with our answering service. Some families have tried to reach us by using the numbers from our outgoing lines that appear on their caller ID screens. Using these numbers will delay your ability to contact us promptly. Finally, please remember to disable private caller ID or other call-blocking devices when requesting an after- hours call back from the pediatrician. We appreciate your cooperation.
