Dr. DiPietro was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in mathematics. Dr. DiPietro received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Honors and Distinction. She was one of only two students to achieve that honor. Dr. DiPietro was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical honor society, in her Junior year. She completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Boston and Boston Medical Center.

Dr. DiPietro has special interests in quality care, electronic medical records, and adolescent medicine.
Dr. DiPietro joined Hyde Park Pediatrics in 1999. In addition to her role at Hyde Park Pediatrics, Dr. DiPietro serves on the practice management board of Affiliated Pediatrics Practices of Partners Healthcare Institute. She has lectured about quality care and electronic medical records. She has published and presented research about child sexual abuse. She lives in the Boston suburbs with her husband, two young daughters, and a goofy chocolate lab named Fenway. When not at Hyde Park Pediatrics or the hospital she enjoys spending time with her family, running with Fenway, and getting centered with yoga.
